FRANCOIS PERRON,
Operations Manager

With over 25 years of extensive experience in design, procurement, construction, and project management, Francois Perron stands as the technical and operational mastermind within our organization, backed by a remarkable track record. Throughout his accomplished career, Francois has cultivated strong relationships with major original equipment manufacturers, establishing a noteworthy network of hydro suppliers.

Francois excels in managing large-scale refurbishment projects, showcasing his proven ability to deliver successful outcomes. He possesses a unique talent for assembling cohesive and efficient project teams, adeptly setting priorities, and ensuring the seamless deployment of all necessary resources.

As a mechanical engineer with an MBA from Northwestern University, Francois is an active project management professional, currently serving as the qualifying agent supporting the CA Contractor License. His wealth of skills and expertise significantly contribute to our team.

Consistently setting high expectations for Hydro Compass clients, Francois meticulously upholds standards of safety, quality, and timely project delivery. His career is anchored in a focus on clean renewable energy, and he is deeply passionate about integrating new technologies into the industry.
